PSC accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. If you choose to pay by check or cash, payment must be received by the scheduled due date. If payment is not received by scheduled date, PSC has the right to cancel your seat. For any seat, payment is due in full 30 days prior to the scheduled event date and is non-refundable once payment is due. If you are unable to attend an event, payment is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to event.
